In my 82 years I’ve had the joy of experiencing five careers. I started as a registered nurse specializing in obstetrics and later on, heading the cardiac operating room at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, NY, as an educator and administrator. After 11 years of this “hi tech” job I became a chiropractor. Later I added acupuncture to my chiropractic credentials and combined the two in my private practice.
After several years I became a Certified Health Coach, focusing on five habits Habits of Health: healthy weight, healthy diet, healthy physical activities, healthy sleep, and healthy mindset. From this platform, my fifth career, writer/author was born.
My first book, Make it a HABIT! Creating Health and Happiness for your Body, Mind, and Spirit, was published in March 2017.
My second book: Beyond the Holocaust: An Immigrant’s Search for Identity, a memoir, will be released later this year.
